Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will be instrumental in managing our digital presence, storytelling, and supporting occupancy growth through targeted campaigns. You’ll work closely with our activities teams, events coordinator, and wider marketing team to create engaging content and deliver impactful communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook (Meta Business Suite), Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling content that promotes our homes, residents’ stories, and community engagement.
- Develop and run targeted online campaigns to support occupancy growth, including monitoring and reporting on performance.
- Update and maintain our website using WordPress, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and engaging.
- Design marketing materials including posters, banners, and digital assets using Canva Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Write and distribute press releases and PR stories to local and regional media outlets.
- Manage external advertising opportunities, including print, digital, and community-based platforms.
- Collaborate with activities teams to share engaging content from within our homes on a daily basis.
- Work with the Group Events Coordinator to assist with the organisation of company-wide events, and promote the events.
- Create and distribute newsletters and internal communications.
- Stock control for all marketing materials.
- Attend photoshoots and support visual content creation when required.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organisation.
- Strong writing skills with a flair for storytelling and promotional messaging.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, and LinkedIn for business use.
- Experience with WordPress for website updates and content management.
- Design skills using Canva Pro; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Experience in reporting and analysing marketing performance metrics.
- A proactive, creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.

About Head Office – The Brew House
Stow Healthcare Group Office is the head office for the business based on the Stowlangtoft Hall site.
The office comprises Group Operations, Compliance, Finance, Admissions Management and Human Resources.
