An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join Magnolia Park as we embark on a new chapter in our journey.

As part of our planned development, Magnolia Park is introducing nursing care services, creating a unique opportunity for nurses who want to be involved in building and developing a high-quality nursing service from the ground up.

What you'll bring

  • Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN)
  • Strong clinical skills and professional judgement
  • A passion for delivering outstanding care for older people
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, caring and compassionate approach

What you'll do

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care
  • Assess, plan and review residents' needs
  • Administer medication safely and effectively
  • Support and guide care colleagues
  • Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
  • Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing
