REPORTING TO: Home Manager
JOB PURPOSE - Duties to include, preparing residents breakfasts, cooked lunch and pudding, preparing evening Tea. In addition to be responsible for ordering, stock control, residents’ tea trolley mid morning and afternoon, food prep and clearing down the kitchen. This is an ideal position for someone with a passion for providing lovingly prepared meals for our residents. We will provide IDDSI training but they must have a good level of cooking skills.
The skills you’ll need
- An experienced Chef with experience of a professional kitchen
- Adaptable to dietary requirements
- Passionate about great quality food and making a difference
- Flexibility, patience, caring attitude and a real 'people person'
- A proficient level of written and spoken English
