We’re hiring: Regional Sales Support Partner

Stow Healthcare is looking for a commercially driven and people-focused Regional Sales Support Partner to support occupancy growth across our existing homes in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.

You’ll work closely with Home Managers and teams to:

Improve enquiries, conversion and occupancy
Coach teams on customer journeys and relationship building
Analyse performance and identify opportunities
Share best practice and drive consistent standards
Support homes with targeted growth and occupancy initiatives
 

We’re looking for someone with experience in care home sales, business development, occupancy or customer relationship management, with strong coaching, communication and commercial skills.

Full UK driving licence and regular travel across the region are essential.
