Health and Safety Manager
Reports to : Head of Property
To provide visible, practical Health and Safety leadership across the homes, ensuring risks are identified, corrective actions are completed and required standards are consistently maintained.
The Health & Safety Manager is responsible for driving Health and Safety assurance across the organisation through auditing, site inspections, action tracking, coaching and verification. The role extends beyond identifying issues, ensuring actions are followed through, evidenced and verified before closure.
Essential Experience
Health and Safety management experience within a multi-site environment.
Conducting audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
Managing corrective actions through to completion.
Influencing stakeholders and driving improvement.
Desirable
Experience within care, healthcare, hospitality or property environments.
Experience supporting regulatory inspections and quality assurance activities.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong Health and Safety knowledge and practical application.
Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
Strong communication and influencing capability.
Ability to challenge constructively and hold others accountable.
Effective report writing and analytical skills.
Competent use of systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Requirements
Enhanced DBS check.
Relevant Health and Safety qualification (NEBOSH or equivalent).
