PLEASE NOTE - WE ARE SEEKING CANDIDATES FOR THIS POSITON THAT LIVE IN THE CHELMSFORD,HARLOW AREAS

As a Multi Trader, you’ll help keep our homes safe, comfortable, and well maintained for residents, visitors, and colleagues. Reporting to the Home Manager and Group Maintenance Manager, you’ll carry out various day-to-day tasks, ensure compliance standards are met and take part in an on call rota to respond to emergencies. This position forms part of our Property/Maintenance Project Team and you will work across our portfolio of homes.

• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation

What you'll bring

• Perform a variety of property maintenance, repairs and building tasks to include carpentry, plumbing, doors/ironmongery, sanitaryware, basic building repairs and general property maintenance.
• Willingness to complete training and support fire safety requirements
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers
• A cost-conscious approach to purchasing and sourcing materials
• Excellent reliability, attendance, and a proactive mindset
• A commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for residents and colleagues alike
