Gardener

As our Gardener, you are fundamental to the smooth running of the home every day for our residents.  With experience of gardening and dealing with some maintenance, you will be passionate about ensuring the home is maintained to excellent standards. Reporting to the Home Manager and Maintenance Manager. Hours are 16 per week, Monday to Friday.

The skills you’ll need

You will feel comfortable in painting and decorating and may have skills in other trades. You will have previous experience of gardening, cutting grass, maintaining flower beds, garden sheds, etc. You will have an excellent attendance record and take a proactive approach to driving up standards.
