Hotel Services Lead

We’re looking for a Hotel Services Lead who takes pride in the details and can inspire others to deliver exceptional standards.

The role

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role, responsible for our housekeeping, laundry and resident dining experience across seven days.

You’ll:

• Lead, motivate and develop our housekeeping and laundry teams
• Take ownership of the resident dining experience and standards of service
• Ensure exceptional presentation and those all-important first impressions
• Listen to residents and use their feedback to continually improve
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, infection prevention, health & safety and COSHH
• Manage rotas, resources, stock and budgets effectively
• Work closely with the wider home team to create the best possible experience for our residents

About you

You may come from care, hotels, hospitality or another customer-focused environment. What matters is that you notice the details, take pride in high standards and know how to bring the best out in a team.

You’ll have:

• Experience leading housekeeping, hospitality, hotel services or facilities teams
• A passion for excellent service and creating a great customer experience
• Strong people leadership and organisational skills
• High standards and a great eye for detail

Experience within care or healthcare is an advantage, but your attitude, leadership and passion for hospitality are just as important.
