This is much more than an administrative role. As a key member of the home leadership team, you will support the smooth running of the home across people, quality, performance, resident experience and occupancy. You'll work closely with residents, families, colleagues and external stakeholders, ensuring high standards of service whilst acting as a positive ambassador for the home and Stow Healthcare.

Working closely with the Home Manager and wider team, you'll help ensure the home operates smoothly, efficiently and in line with our values, creating positive experiences for everyone connected to the home.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the home across administration, finance, payroll, HR and compliance.
Delivering a welcoming and professional experience for residents, families, visitors and colleagues.
Supporting occupancy, admissions and community engagement activities, helping prospective residents and families through their journey.
Working closely with the Home Manager and wider team to maintain high standards, accurate records and effective processes.
Acting as a positive ambassador for the home and Stow Healthcare, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
