ADMISSIONS CO-ORDINATOR -  based in Head Office in Stowlangtoft

  • 28k to 32k - Dep on experience
  • 40 hours a week
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - some flexibility needed

JOB PURPOSE:

To assist, as requested, with central assessment and resident admissions process including contractual, financial and support tasks under the direction of the Client Liaison Manager. To maintain records and finances accurately and promptly and to communicate effectively with all parties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support sales enquiries to maximise sales and occupancy of the care homes.
  • Support central assessment of potential residents to ensure residents’ needs can be met.
  • Support the development of the marketing strategy to support the Group Sales Team
  • Update sales databases regularly
  • Production of reports to deadline or as required
  • Collect and organise client data as required
  • Support the Client Relations Manager to manage the sales and marketing processes in our homes, meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base and maximising revenue.
  • Represent the Stow Healthcare brand to potential residents and their relatives and friends.
  • Engage proactively in mandatory training and ongoing personal development.
  • Carry out tasks in accordance with company policies
  • Treat all clients  with dignity and respect maintaining client confidentiality.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Experience of care and working with the elderly
  • Proven relationship management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, creating and maintaining great working relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills
  • Keen to go the extra mile to help fulfil residents’ needs
  • Pragmatic problem sol
  • Willingness to develop professionally
  • Satisfactory DBS check and check against the POVA List (where applicable)
