Purpose of the Role
The Care Compliance Partner plays a critical role in promoting excellence in resident care across all Stow Healthcare services. This includes supporting Home Managers and teams to deliver care that meets or exceeds internal policy standards, regulatory requirements, and sector best practice. The postholder will lead on implementing policy changes, conducting compliance audits, observing care delivery, and delivering staff development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion and embed best practice in resident care and support.
- Empower staff to effectively use care systems and accurately document care delivery.
- Deliver targeted care development workshops in response to service needs.
- Conduct observations of care and competency assessments.
- Provide guidance on CQC standards, internal policies, and relevant legislation.
- Lead and complete comprehensive Quality and Care Compliance audits.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation.

- Skilled in collecting, analysing, and acting on care-related data.
- Comprehensive understanding of safeguarding, the Care Act 2014, and CQC regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Educated to a good general standard. Additional care-related qualifications are desirable.
Other Requirements
- Flexibility to occasionally work early mornings or late evenings to meet project goals or service needs.
