We’re growing our HR team and are looking for both an HR Advisor and a junior HR Advisor to support our care home teams.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll support managers with employee relations, maintain HR systems, and use data/reporting to drive better decisions.
Key duties:
- Manage/support ER cases (absence, disciplinary, grievance)
- Advise managers on HR best practice
- Maintain HR systems and records
- Build reports and analyse workforce data
What we’re looking for:
- HR experience (Advisor or ready to step up)
- Strong ER knowledge
- Confident with systems, and data reporting
- Proactive, organised, and able to multitask

About Head Office – The Brew House
Stow Healthcare Group Office is the head office for the business based on the Stowlangtoft Hall site.
The office comprises Group Operations, Compliance, Finance, Admissions Management and Human Resources.
