As an Electrician, you’ll help keep our home safe, comfortable and well maintained for residents, visitors, and colleagues. Reporting to the Home Manager and Group Maintenance Manager, you’ll carry out day-to-day electrical tasks, ensure compliance standards are met, support other homes when needed, and take part in an on-call rota to respond to emergencies. This position forms part of our Property/Maintenance Project Team and you will work across our portfolio of homes.

What you'll bring

• Fully qualified electrician, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with current 18th edition
• ECS Gold Card and Inspection and Testing are desirable
• Confidence maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
• Willingness to complete training
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers
• A cost-conscious approach to purchasing and sourcing materials
• Excellent reliability, attendance, and a proactive mindset
• A commitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for residents and colleagues alike
